![]() ![]() From what I am reading is this a "hot" pixel that is basically dead? I brought it back to Microcenter they gave me the world's hardest time telling me that there is No panel with 100 percent working pixels, the manager went on to tell me I was being picky and impossible and wouldn't exchange it again. I ran a few of the pixel fix videos over night didn't help, tried the pressure trick didn't help, brought it in for exchange now the third one has a white pixel stuck or dead not sure, it is also near the upper middle, it looksike its white maybe flickering a rainbow of you look close. It only happens at 390hz because at 360hz it is fine with no flickering. So I purchased a Asus PG279Q a week ago from Microcenter, opened the box and the screen had like a thumbnail size crack/scratch on the near middle of the screen, bring it in for exchange get the new one home and it has 4 red stuck pixels in the center of the screen and a crayon yellow tint to most colors that looks gross. It stops flickering when I turn off the monitor, but when I turn it on after 1 min it starts again. I thought it fixed it then after 1 min it started flickering again. I purchase the club3d displayport cable that was recommended here. ![]() That worked fine for me because I don't use GSYNC anyway. It was fixed by disabling GSYNC and updating the drivers. However, on my other 240 Hz monitor I was having flickering issues when a GPU-accelerated application was open. I have been running the monitor for months using a third-party cable and have had no issues whatsoever. I would say it's either the cable or a GSYNC bug. I am currently using a XL2546k without any problems. It happens a lot when I have a browser open. I went to microcenter and replaced it with another one and it is still having the same problem as in the video. Hi, I purchased this monitor at microcenter and having the problems like in this video where the monitor keeps going black screen on and off. ![]()
